Showed up early for a 10am. Genuine and straight forward. They made a complicated and frustrating experience from a different plumbing company quick and easy. Pricing is more than reasonable. The two gentlemen that helped me were Zack and David. Now My new plumbing service. Trust goes a long way. Well done men.

We are doing a kitchen remodel in our nearly 100 year old home and elected to relocate our kitchen sink and clean up old piping. Not only was Smith Bros quote half of what we were quoted from larger companies, but our plumber, Jared, was absolutely phenomenal. I had one plumber tell me he would have to charge to provide an estimate and enter our crawlspace... he eventually walked out. Jared, contrarily, voiced zero hesitation, navigated our tiny crawlspace, and provided an estimate I could fully trust because he took the time to do the work. When arriving for the job, Jared was extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the best plumbing service I could have asked for. Additionally, their front office/receptionist proved incredibly helpful, responsive, and warm. I would HIGHLY recommend and will use their business in the future.

I would not recommend Smith Brothers plumbing to work on a water leak in the house. They are parts plumbers I called them out to fix a manifold issue and my bathroom. They did great on that and to fix a water leak that was flooding my house every night, not during the day they did good work on fixing the manifold, very professional very courteous, but they did not fix my water leak matter of fact at the end I was told to look for it myself. Justin came out and did the manifold with Zack. And did a very nice job, but when it came to the water leak, they only concentrated on two old lines that I had discovered underneath my pantry just came out the following day. My water was shut off all night and proceeded to remove materials behind the pipes, this is in a slab he water tested them for leaks found they did not leak. I asked Justin to Cap them off I did not request for them to be capped off below the slab, which is what Justin did after he had finished that work. He did not bother to look through the root of the problem which was water backing up into my house every night I was told to watch the house and that he would schedule the pressure test guys to come out the following day which he did they showed up pressure tested everything could not find any leaks. House tested no leaks anywhere. This is in the waterlines themselves. I told the pressure test guys that it was leaking at night during heavy water usage. They told me to keep an eye on it once again now we have four professional plumbers who have not found the water leak in my house So I called aaryn smith The owner of Smith Brothers, and met with him at my house and described everything that I was going on and showed them everything that was done. He told me he couldn’t tell me anything except to do the legwork to find the leak on my own mind you I have paid good money to have this leak fixed and now this is five guys from the same company who have told me that they cannot find the leak so that was Thursday2/18/26 the other work was done on two 2/17/26 and 2/17/26 for the Shower work shower. So on 2/19/26 I Call them to show them where it was leaking. I was upset and told them that I would not be paying anymore to fix the problem being as I already paid them to fix it. They refuse to come out and fix the leak without further payment. I have since located the problem which was a drain that was less than 3 feet from where the two waterlines came up through the slab five professional plumbers missed this drain and it was leaking due to being tied to my current sink and that drainage line to the septic tank being plugged up. I cannot recommend the Smith Brothers for other than a parts plumber. If you know for sure what exactly is wrong they will come out and fix those parts. They will not diagnose your issue correctly and fix it. Also, I have huge issues with being told by a professional for any business as the client to find the problem myself and call them and they will return To fix it, this should’ve been fixed with the cost of the capping of the other two pipes, which, if they had looked, whatever resulted in cleaning out a septic line to break the materials out of it to allow it to run freely and unclog the drain I cannot with good heart recommend Smith Brothers for any fix to your plumbing The drain in question is literally underneath the corner of the linoleum by the wall less than 3 feet from where the pipes were
