Our main sewerage line was clogged & backing up. I messaged one of the most known plumbing companies in OKC to come out. They advertise 24/7 service. Got no reply to my service request on the site. I messaged another one of the big guys. After one text exchange, they stopped messaging me! Next I did what I should have done first and called my dad. He said to call Smart Guys. Tina picked up the phone right away (no impersonal online/text based service request like the other guys). A few hours later Lucas was on the job. Not only did he repair the main problem, but knocked out fixing a toilet and a sink that he noticed for good measure. Excellent service!

These guys are awesome and great customer service! My dad and I found where the leak was on his main line to the house but needed someone to come fix it ASAP as he had to have his water off. They came within 3 hrs and had it all fixed! Will definitely use them again next time we need any plumbing services.

Everyone with Smart Guy Plumbing has been amazing. From my initial phone call with Tina, who scheduled our appointment to Lucas who came over and assessed what is going on with our plumbing. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. They will be assessing our situation further at a later time but I trust their judgement and that they will be able to correct the problem for us.
