Friendly, honest, and reasonably priced! They even pumped my septic same day! (Which was very nice since it was coming up in the house....) Hopefully I won't have to call them for many years, but will definitely call them fisrt!

We hadn't had our septic system pumped since buying our house and had no idea where the access points were. Ryan came out in the summer heat and spent hours searching, only to discover that a large fountain and rose garden had been built directly over the septic manholes. I can’t overstate how grateful I am for his meticulous effort. Ryan carefully disassembled the pond without causing any damage, dug beneath it to uncover the long-forgotten manholes, and then rebuilt everything—this time with new risers so the system could be accessed easily in the future. He also went out of his way to protect the rose bushes throughout the process. What started as a routine job turned into something far more complex, but Ryan remained professional, kind, and deeply committed to doing it right. Cyndi was also incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. This company is a rare gem. They genuinely care about their work and go above and beyond—even when the job is unexpectedly difficult. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I cannot praise Sierra Septic enough. Scott, Cindy, and Ryan are an excellent team. Very helpful, professional, and highly knowledgeable of their profession. Ryan is top notch, positive and friendly. He was able to identify what needed to be done promptly with confidence, and repair the issue with attention to detail. We are very grateful and thankful for Sierra Septic.
