This is part two of my AC unit being replaced as promised arrival time was between 9 and 11 AM. They arrived at 8:40 which was fantastic. Jose was first on site started preparing old air-conditioning to be removed. Adrian arrived soon after to go inside to dismantle the upstairs in the attic equipment for the AC unit and install new equipment. They carefully laid out sheets for the inside so they don’t track anything in or out of your house.. Also, when they remove the framing around where the upstairs attic is that will be replaced within a week or two after the job is complete. Any trimming that goes around where the new AC control unit is which is high-tech latest version absolutely love it. Both Adriana and Jose did an amazing job. They were done by after 2 PM which was fantastic communicated throughout the day. Never had an issue with anything. Adrian walked us through the entire system on the controls for inside setting up on the phone. He was quite thorough. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate having two young men who are very kind and courteous. Take their job seriously and get the job done in a timely manner what highly recommend having Sierra air-conditioning company to anyone.
I hired Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing company for a sewer backup issue that needed to be addressed. Over the course of six weeks (from November 16th through today), expectations on how this project was done was underwhelming. I hired them before to help me snake a clog line, where they responded quickly and the plumber that came out was a very nice individual, who sold me on the reliability of the company. That is why I reached out to them when I had this issue. Back then, I offered a glowing review. During these six weeks, there were instances of issues that arose; first, they started working on the project without letting me clear it with my HOA, which caused all sorts of confusion. I contacted the company between 4-8 times via phone and messages requesting status updates or return calls. On multiple occasions, I was told a manager would follow up. Most of those return calls never happened or would be returned days later. I attempted to contact them via email, but again no proper follow-up. There was no consistent communication, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. As of today (12/22) I was contacted to let me know that they were coming to finish the work, however, the work had been finished on 12/1. I have been made to feel that I no longer mattered as an active client. Job-site conduct was also unprofessional. Workers were observed loitering on neighboring properties, leaving tools and debris behind instead of cleaning up, and damaging landscaping without acknowledgment or repair. When the landscaping matter was brought up to one of the reps that came to review the work, he told me that in their contract, it says they don't do landscaping. When I brought up the fact that I wasn't looking for landscaping but accountability or compensation for what they did damage, he offered to pay me out of his pocket for the damaged plants. Not the kind of accountability response that I expected. While some of the office employees were polite, the repeated communication failures, missed timelines, lack of managerial follow-through, and disregard for my and the surrounding properties make this company difficult to trust. Homeowners should be very cautious, document everything in writing, and closely monitor both progress and conduct if they choose to work with them. I believe that this experience was avoidable with basic communication and follow-through. I am truly disappointed by this experience.
Sky was awesome. When he originally came by on the first appointment it was just to see what was going on with thermostat that we had. Not only did he fix it, he actually replaced it to a more current upgrade model. Went over all the details about the new thermostat and was gracious enough to be understanding about the dogs. Lastly, he checked on the units outside to make sure they were functioning properly. You can't be awesome customer service. I was so glad he was the same service guy cuz he was so kind and his customer service is a a+. Five stars all the way! Thank you Sky and Sierra for awesome customer service!
