Manny came to help us fix the 2 Rinnai water heater and ensured the water recirculation is functioning. By the end of the night, we were able to get hot water and instant hot water. He also worked super late until 7:30 pm to help us solve the issue. Appreciate the help. Will hire again.

I needed to replace a kitchen faucet, and they gave me the most transparent response and quoted me a competitive price without having to spend another day to have someone come assess first. Then they came for same day service, not to mention I had an issue with the hot water not running after so they came back again same day and we ended up calling the manufacturer together. Shout out to Manny for being so patient and kind. He was super sweet to my dog too. I’m hesitant to welcome any strangers into my home for obvious reasons, but there was nothing to worry. I’m very happy with the service and the results!

Technician did excellent work. Choice Home Warranty customer with Me - the Customer by phone or email was non existent. Denied the claim with no explanation. Paid them in advance for my two homes.
