Incredible Customer Service. Always able to reach someone when I emailed or called. They were knowledgeable and always helpful. The installers of the septic system were professional and courteous and did their work in a timely manner. I appreciate businesses that keep me up to date on things, and Sewer Solutions kept me in the know. Even though our install was delayed a week due to pouring rain and soggy conditions, they kept in contact throughout the delay. Thank you!

In 2017, I bought a 20ft container and got it delivered not thinking of the cesspool until the fork lift drove over it and cracked the lid and sides. There I went scrambling for someone to fix my cesspool. No one would answer their phones or call me back except Shawn from Sewer Solutions. He was backed up with jobs already, but still took my problem. Found it would be best to install a new septic system. He and his crew worked hard to complete the job quickly so I could be back on line. He also kept the price as low as he could. Mahalo Shawn!

First of I would like to talk about sewer solutions awesome customer service. The team went out of there way to help me with a few extra septic attachments. We truly appreciate the solid and trustworthy work. Inspection was passed with a breeze. Scheduled me in, even tho he was backed up with work. Extremely neat and super clean work. Something hard to find in hawaii. People like to do short cuts now days not giving you the work they promised. They also left my yard super neat and clean. Won’t be the last time we use them.
