This review is long overdue. You CAN find a good & reliable GC in Miami & he is Ricardo. He renovated 2 bathrooms for us & did a great job. He was excellent at communicating what's going to happen, showed up when he said he would, helped with sourcing materials quickly when I ran into several problems with that, & stayed on schedule & on budget. I added a couple of minor side projects & he was great with that & reasonable. Timely, dependable & reasonable. Don't look any further, just hire Ricardo for your home improvement job. You'll be glad you did.

If you’re on a budget and need your house painted, This is the company to choose. I have a two-story Home that has lots of architectural Oddities but this was no problem for the Sespeca team. Communication was great, I provided the paint and they were here on time every day and knocked the job out in three days. The guys doing the work were friendly, detail oriented and they were even kind enough to let me use their ladder to hang some Halloween decorations And when my daughter needed a bottle of water as we were rushing to gymnastics, They overheard the conversation and immediately grabbed a bottle from their own cooler and tossed it to us. I plan to recommend them to any of my friends who need Painting services and if you’re Looking for painting services definitely put them on your shortlist. A++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
