Semper Fi Heating and Cooling

My old unit was Forty One years old. My buddy from high school was an hvac guy and he kept it going and taught me how to work one it each time it needed service. Each morning I would open the bathroom window and listen for any issues. Once every year or two I would service it. Ten years ago Semper Fi had an oldest A/C contest...I should have win then, and we would chat about "time yet?" I would tell them "Still icy cold". Last Wednesday the heat quit working and after 41 years I decided not to get on the roof again. Called Semper Fi on Saturday and they could get an estimator over same day. We negotiated on the unit and heat elements and he said they could install it Monday two days later. Really professional installers, perfect install, works perfect. I am VERY impressed. Supervisor Billy came by the next day and installed the filter grate even. I will be their customer for the next 41 years. Goodman R32 heat pump with optional heating "toaster" elements. P.S.: Even the crane guy was on time, used wood to protect the driveway and was super-nice!

Shopped 4 different HVAC companies for a new heat pump replacement. Semper Fi was the most competitive and competent of them all. From start to finish they followed up with sales quote, install, and duct cleaning company. Even applied for my SRP rebate to keep the process easy for me. Also was contacted by SRP to do an audit since it qualified for the rebate and the inspector came out to look at everything and said the unit was performing better than the specs. Also mentioned that the install work he sees from Semper Fi has been really well done, including mine. Always a hard decision when you are spending this amount of money but 100% satisfied with my choice. Thank you Semper Fi!
