Craig came highly recommended from my co-worker who had used him for electrical work at their home. As a first time homeowner, Craig empathized with how difficult it was to prioritize fixes in a home. During our home inspection, it was discovered we did not have grounded outlets on the first floor of our home. I reached out to Craig to get an estimate on work and he was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions/concerns I had. While at our home for the estimate, Craig also pointed out a few other issues we should consider addressing in the future for our electrical setup. Craig was patient and kind with all the questions I had for him and took his time with answering my questions in a way that made sense. We used Craig to install breakers that provided GFCI protection for our first floor outlets along with hard wiring our video doorbell. During the install of the breakers, Craig noticed we had some rust and questionable state of part of our panel and prioritized finding the appropriate parts to repair this for further safety. I highly recommend Craig and we will definitely be continuing to use him for all electrical work going forward!
