Steve showed up on time. Diagnosed my problem quickly, fixed it and was charming as heck. My air conditioner took a time out. Steve had me up and running in under an hour. He cleaned up after himself and cleaned better than before he got here. I thought because it was a Sunday I’d get get charged extra. I didn’t. It was a lot less than I expected. Great job as always Sargent’s.

I’ve been using Sargent’s Plumbing and Heating for 13 years, my house is a nearly 100-year-old pile of broken valves, and I appreciate Steve’s honesty about the best course to take when work needs to be done. I can trust Sargent’s to be honest with me and I know they stand by their work. The best thing about Sargent’s that everyone I’ve recommended them to agrees with: they understand women can own homes and do trenching, remove stairs, make decisions about plumbing and heating!
