Santos Plumbing did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater after our tank water heater leaked. Oscar Santos, the owner, showed up the same day I called along with his son to assess the situation. They were diligent, took their time to fully understand the issue, and walked me through several possible solutions. Oscar provided a fair and transparent quote for both labor and materials, with no pressure or surprises. Oscar and Jerry worked incredibly hard over two days and completed the job beautifully. Oscar followed through on everything he promised, purchased the exact parts discussed, and even went out of his way to track down a higher-quality part from the same brand as the water heater. He was honest, professional, and delivered high-quality work on time and at a competitive price. I’m very happy with our new tankless water heater and will confidently use Santos Plumbing again for future projects!

Hey now, I have to say Oscar and his crew always do phenomenal work. whatever project it might be that I need done. He is surely on my speed dial, He has helped me bring my old ranch back to thriving life! His plumbing skills are the best I’ve seen in the industry, he will find and fix any issue. And he’s also such a wonderful woodman / craftsman. He built me a big nice deck you can park a vehicle on it . When he builds those wooden foundations he takes the time and effort to make them the strongest. Ive never been disappointed with anything I’ve hired him to do, he’s my Golden A list star. I just gotta leave this here and say Oscar Santos are you the man dude keep up the great work. And thank you for everything you’ve been through here on these jobs.

Good day to all readers of reviews! You are in for a surprise. What I mean is Santos Plumbing is one of the best among the best. Or shall I say the best in the industry. I use to own 3 homes who takes care of people with developmental disabilities. And mind you, our toilet were always plugged up, reason being the residents were very challenging behaviorally. They’ll break the toilet, throw the tank cover, etc etc etc. I have been in business since 2007, I met Oscar around 2011. Up to now, he’s still my go to plumber. He’s very dependable, honest, (i can leave the house with a peace of mind) if he’s there. He’s very dedicated in his profession. Always n time! His job was always done right. When he started servicing my 3 homes, I never had to change the toilet because of his recommendations on what kind of material, toilet to use so it will last long. I have saved so much because I used to buy toilets at least once every 2 months. Now is sturdy! Another day hobby that he installed is our water purifier 10 years ago, re recommended this kind be used he knows it wil last for a long time. He is a handyman person also, has a good heart, extra helpful even if it’s not included in what he’s doing, he would offer to help. So, call Oscar for plumbing servicies, water purifier installation, drainage problem, even tiles, and full bathroom renovation. The pictures here are the bathroom that he just did last Dec 2024.
