My whole experience with Santiago’s Painting LLC was exceptional! Gigi was responsive throughout the whole process and was able to schedule a meeting right away to look at my house for a quote. She was also very prompt when giving me a quote. I was shopping around and the other companies I looked into did not give me a quote until I followed up with them after a week or so of no communication. Once we agreed on the quote, she was able to fit me in the schedule sooner than expected. Her crew was very punctual, and professional. They also left the place very clean after they were done each day. The work they did turned out great and their attention to detail was noticed throughout the house. Perhaps, what makes Santiago’s Painting LLC stand out from other companies though, was their customer centered practice. There was confusion on my end about the powder room. It was not included in the contract and I overlooked that. I spoke to Gigi and told her it was my fault and not to worry about it, I would just find the time to do it on my own, but Eric said he would do it anyway free of charge and came in to do it the very next day. It was such a kind act that did not go unnoticed! I will definitely be referring Santiago’s Painting LLC to anyone who is in search of a paint job. Their work speaks for itself! Thank you so much!
