Dean Mikesell, the service technician, was able to quickly find and fix the furnace not running problem. He let me know the other issues my old furnace had. He throughly explained them and gave me options and prices if I wanted to fix them. I never felt any pressure to buy anything. I am impressed with him and the company.

I’ve been using Santa Fe for my heating/cooling maintenance for 5 years. All of the technicians have been great. I have had Mike the past two times and he is exceptional.
