Sanford Temperature Control

Moved into a mobile home in September. Wanted to change out the tub for a walk in shower, put in a new toilet, a farmers sink, & a new faucet in the kitchen. When Matt pulled out the old tub, he discovered that the drain was not connected where it was supposed to be under the trailer. He went above & beyond to help me out. He went under the trailer & discovered that the water was draining into the belly band. He punctured it & 40 or 50 gallons of water just poured out. He called the company for me to dry out underneath the trailer. Matt was extremely professional, has a great personality & bent over backwards to help me out. Jesse installed the sink, the faucet & a garbage disposal. These two individuals make the best team. Both of them have got the best personalities, & explain everything that they're doing. I highly recommend them. Whoever uses Sanford & gets these two gentlemen will not be disappointed.

Brendan did an amazing job. He was doing the annual maintenance on my HVAC and hot water tank. My hot water tank was in need of some repairs. He explained the issue clearly.
