This is in response to the 1 star review given by BittBurger. This customer received exactly what he ordered. He continued to send countless emails and text messages to our staff at all hours to the point of harassment. He threatened to give a 1 star review on all SM platforms if he did not get what he wanted. You can see that his Google account history of giving 1 star reviews shows the manner in which this gentleman conducts business. At SDLA we highly value our customers and industry partners and we treat them with respect and professionalism. We do not do business with one-off customers who use threats and bullying as their business strategy.
