Sam's Appliance

Sam was amazing to work with and provided excellent service. I called Sam's Appliance the morning of the day my new tenant was scheduled to move in as my refrigerator stopped working the night before. He was able to come out within 5 hours of the call, worked around my disability, and provided a diagnostic of the refrigerator. Not only was his fee extremely reasonable for his service, he did not try to push me into any purchases. Simply provided a thorough explanation, including pictures, and his professional opinion. Will be reaching out to Sam for any future needs and would recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable appliance repair.

Customer service was amazing! The thermal fuse went out in my dryer and I called for a replacement part, they found one and set it aside for me until I could make the drive to pick it up. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and efficient.

I'd like to offer a recommendation in the event someone finds themselves in need of a good used large appliance. I highly recommend Sam's Appliance in Lewiston. I purchased a clothes dryer from him a couple of days ago, wasn't sure what I was getting into, never bought an expensive item on Marketplace before but I was pleasantly surprised. The dryer I got is an older model but he completely serviced it, I've been running it and it works well. In addition, he was just a good person to deal with, honest, fair in his pricing, personable. Can't recommend Sam's enough. 👍
