Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty taking caring of a clogged toilet line at my house. What initially seemed like an easy fix turned into an entire day ordeal; when plan A didn’t work Garrett was prepared with plan B/C/D/E - this guy would not give up fixing the problem and amazingly kept the price to the initially agreed upon amount. His communication before arriving, and throughout the process, was A+. Salish Plumbing is incredibly lucky to have an asset like Garret and now will be the first company I call when any/all plumbing issues arise in the future. 10/10 would recommend with zero hesitation.

He was also timely with both diagnosis and service. In our case, the installation was completed the very next day—on Christmas Eve—which made a significant difference for our family’s holidays. Plumer was aware of the home owner's age and langguage barrier. I'm a renter at the home and was referred to this company. The worker who goes by the name Blake, came over to fix a small leak underneath the bathroom sink. Unsure if he successfully fixed the leak, it was ovbious the top portion of the sink was'nt. He didnt even attach the plug stopper to the sink. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Sadly, Blake took their money and ran on to the next victim! I initially contacted your company to express my dissatisfaction with the technician's work performance. It became clear that we had differing perspectives regarding the micommunication that occurred. However, I truly appreciate that your manager promptly reached out to me and assured me that he was committed to resolving the matter. Your manager listened carefully to my concerns and followed through on his promise to mske things right. Thanks to his efforts and professionalism, what began as a negative experience ultimately turned into a positive one.
