Glenn came out and did a free diagnostic on all of the outlets in our house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to walk us through what he was testing, explained what was going on in a way we could easily understand, and made sure we were comfortable with everything he was doing. It was clear that Glenn really knows his craft and takes pride in his work. He never rushed us, answered all our questions honestly, and didn’t try to pressure us into unnecessary work. You could genuinely tell he’s a good, honest man who cares about doing the job right. Glenn the owner recommends and sells on unnecessary changes and then overcharges. He also did not show up on time. He will recommend changing all your outlets when it’s not necessary. He will then charge an exorbitant amount. It is probably an easy job and he can send any electrician to do it. He’ll try to schedule you quickly so that you don’t have time to make a good decision. Most people with no knowledge of electrical work will just believe what he says. I had a problem that was unrelated to changing the outlets. I had someone else fix it for a quarter of Glenn’s price. I paid another licensed electrician 10% of Glenn’s price and he fixed my problem on the spot. Glenn gives a free estimate but the price is factored into his prices.
