My condenser fan motor went bad on a Sunday evening. Rutan was out on Tuesday and Mike was super professional. Called ahead of time and told me when he was coming and called me when he arrived. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was helpful when I told him that I was working with a home warranty. Rutan was able to work with my home warranty company and got everything done. When mike returned he had everything up and running in under an hour. Mahalo nui loa Rutan and Mike!
