I appreciate the rapid response for repair and restoration of ceiling due to water leaks. The technicians Ethan and Josh are very professional, thorough and explained everything step by step. Great Job !! I wanted to update my review of Rumsey Construction and Restoration services I received. I would definitely consult with Ramsey Restoration again. They explained the process thoroughly and I just had too trust the process and be flexible with scheduling and undersatand that I was not thier only customer/client. They ensured my needs were important and a priority as they worked my restoration with local Restoration team in Augusta Ga., into thier scheduling, which was most impressive to me. They evaluated the size of the job that needed to be done and coordinated with each service within thier company to ensure each service (water mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, plastering and painting) was handled with expertise. They also worked with me and my insurance company. All i had to do was be patient, understand the process and let the various very skilled technicians for each task do thier job. I could not be more impressed with the coordination between each task and the commitment to make sure the job was completed to perfection. I failed to remember the name of each technician of Mr. Fabian's team but wanted to note thier skills and professionalism was exceptional. I will say again, be patient, they are the experts, and trust the process, they are professional and easy to work with.

We had a water leak from our A/C unit in the attic. Ethan was awesome! He came in, evaluated our situation and got right to work. He did everything not to inconvenience me as I worked. He cleaned up behind himself and made sure I approved of his cleaning. He was very kind and considerate. I can't thank him enough for his commitment to a job well done.

If I could give ten stars, I would! Rumsey Construction and Restoration is absolutely AMAZING! They saved our dermatology practice from so much more damage with their incredibly quick response. Ethan came out the same night—after 9 PM—and worked through the night to ensure all the correct measures were taken for a clean and safe environment. His dedication and communication were outstanding. Ben, his supervisor, has also been fantastic—keeping me informed every step of the way and making the whole process seamless during a very stressful time. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism, urgency, and care they brought to the job. Truly above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend!
