I really needed some help cleaning out my mother’s home to be sold. It was overwhelming to me! I spoke to Tom and he was amazing. He came in $4k less than another company and was local. Tom and I met, walked through the house, he gave me a very reasonable rate and we made arrangements for the following Tuesday - a mere four days away. Tom showed up on Tuesday and he and his guys had the house cleaned out in five hours. His quote was spot on, and he was excellent to work with. He left the place looking fantastic. And they didn’t even seem to be scared of the horrible basement! I would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone needing some assistance I will be referring him to my clients.

Rubbish Doctor did an amazing job with prepping the kitchen in our 1843 house for a renovation. Complete demolition of the kitchen cabinets, flooring, and walls down to the studs. It was messy, dirty work, and they were careful with the work, sensitive to the fact that it was an occupied house and paid particular attention to dust control and cleanup. We felt like they treated our house as their own! We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

This is the second time I've had the Rubbish Doctor folks come by and do a pickup for me. They're extremely prompt, the communication is great, they are efficient, affordable and do an excellent job all around. Tom is great to deal with, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done by a great, locally-owned company.
