Thomas came to my apartment to inspect possible mold. Not only did he have a friendly and professional demeanor he was very informative about every step taken. He took the time to explain the tests being conducted and well as next steps for future repair. He answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations.

Tom was amazing. He came on time, incredibly professional, and most importantly he was certified as a MOLD ASSESSOR. He was very clear, informative, and I'd even say entertaining haha. I could attend a lecture from him. Tom, thank you also for being incredibly honest. RTK has been very good with clear communication, instructions, what they are doing and how they are doing it. I can't speak for other reviewers but we had a great experience.
