Will Macon was totally awesome! I’m a caregiver for my 89 year old mother who just came out of the hospital on Sunday. Our furnace went out on Tuesday. I called R. S. Andrews on Tuesday. Will was at our home on Wednesday morning. He examined our system and got us a GREAT DEAL on a new furnace and AC. It was awesome. The new system was installed on Thursday. Jonte did a great job. Arrived according to the expected time, found the problem quickly, explained the problem (dirty flame sensor pin), fixed it, and was on his way. The company also sent texts on the arrival time. The initial customer service interactions when I called the service number was great as well!
