Highly highly highly recommend working with Team RP. I had issues with my old 40 gallon water heater and nobody can seem to locate the issues. I contacted RP and there technicians were super respectful, and responsive he was there in under 45 minutes and located the issue. He replaced the heater with a brand new tankless heater in the same day. Was a pleasure working with there technician neev he was highly experienced and would definitely encourage you all to contact Rp for all your plumbing needs!!

Rudy was our technician and arrived quickly, was very kind, and completed the repair in less than 1.5hrs. He even remembered to wear foot booties to keep our floor clean. We will happily use this service again, thanks to the Rp Team!

The person who came to the apartment wanted to charge $175 to snake the bathtub drain pipes due to a clog. Then he suggested to rebuild the drain pipes to the bathtub because he was afraid the snake would damage the pipes. He quoted another $600 to do the job. Little did he know we had a previous plumber replaced the pipes just a few weeks prior but left the drain pipes alone because he said they were fine and is easy to replace if needed. Unfortunately we couldn't get the previous plumber because he was out of town for the week. Luckily there are other options and we had another plumber come on the same day and actually fixed the clogged drain for $50. He was able to fix the issue in 15 minutes. Btw prior to using the snake he also checked the pipes and confirmed they were fine. That's two confirmations. Either the guy this company sent wanted to go home early or wanted to overcharge. Before using this company, make sure to get another opinion from somewhere else. There are still honest tradesmen out there. Such a shame their employee isn't.
