Ronan, my rep, did a great job checking the roof out before and after the whole insurance process, and he showed up an hour before adjuster came out to mark down on the roof with the hail hit spots to make process easy for all involved. This is excellent service most roofing companies can't match. In past, i have had bad experience dealing insurance company on my own, and you will be so glad to add Ronan to help you with it. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Also a shout out to the gutter team, who not only replaced all the hail hit gutters but also helped me correct a couple of spots where previous gutters were designed incorrectly where I noticed water pooling.
