My Tagaki tankless water heater stopped working this past Friday morning. I called Royal Tech who had been recommended to me by a friend at 9 am, they promised to be on-site by 3 pm that day. They actually showed up at 11:30 am asking me beforehand if the time was convenient for me. Within 10 mn they identified that my Tankless water heater was "dead" and needed to be replaced. They checked for units on stock that fulfilled my requirements, and found one. After picking the new unit, they were back at my house by 3 pm, installed the new unit which required some plumbing work and left the site with a unit working perfectly and the site spotless by 7:30 pm. Douglas and his assistant were simply amazing, very knowledgeable, diligent, and super efficient. The service provided by Royal Tech Plumbing was simply astounding and I recommend them highly. The level of service they provide is "Platinum Level", the communication from Erika their office manager is superb.

I would highly recommend Royal Tech Plumbing! We have used them a couple times now for water heater issues and I was pleased with both experiences. They are punctual, easy to reach and communicate with, a very friendly family business!
