American Home Shield assigned this company to come out and replace our hot water heater. After the install was completed, we were not provided with any invoice paperwork or asked to sign off on the job. Come to find out, we still did not have hot water, found the unit itself dented and damaged, wires exposed (Which is a major safety hazard), circuit breakers taken out, no new notations on the breaker box, and the overflow pan damaged. Also found our walls, carpet and flooring have damage, soaked in water, and stained. Tried to call and email Royal Plumbing. No emergency number for this company to report the issues and have the service corrected. Called American Home Shield same day, and they confirmed the unit was approved for a brand new replacement. So was this a new unit poorly handled by the install company, or did they get paid for a new unit replacement, and swap it out for what looks like a used or refurbished unit?. Either way, Royal Plumbing should not be on the "pro service" list with AHS. No one should find their home in this state after receiving service from any company that would be considered acceptable. The only positive feedback I can give to be fair is, the person who coordinate the service call and follow up with American Home Shield for the replacement approval did handle these items in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the end result of the install was the overall factor of leaving this review.

Royal Plumbing was a pleasure to do business with. A prior work order ran a little behind schedule and Royal Plumbing immediately notified me of the delay. Great customer service. Tristian my tech arrived within a good amount of time as you are able to follow the commute to your residence by way of an app. Tristian was my tech for the replacement. He was very knowledgeable and has had great trading and education on the related matters. He was fast and very efficient, polite, courteous and very respectful for the property as well as myself. Overall it was a great experience working with them for a hot water heater replacement. They come highly recommended by me at least 🤷🏽 Keep up the good work and great service! 👍🏽

Eric the technician was quick, professional and efficient. He drilled through the brick work built around the pipe that needed replacing without tearing up the floor. I'm satisfied with the service!
