We had Rose Septic come out last Friday to pump our septic tank. Couldn't be happier with the customer service from them. They went above and beyond what they were here for by giving us advice on how to repair our distribution box. My husband even called the following week to ask him a few more questions about the distribution box and he didn't hesitate answering the questions. He told my husband to give him a call anytime if he had more questions or needed help. We will definitely be using Rose Septic in the future.

Rose Septic Tank Cleaning is one the best companies I've worked with. They are not only reasonably priced, but they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We had a major sewer issue in the spring and needed Rose to keep our sewer pits pumped down until we could get the problem fixed. They saw and understood the issue, and where able to accommodate us in the situation we found ourselves in. Their communication, knowledge of their trade, and customer service is great! Very Personable. I was going to have both my business and my Home tanks pumped. I let them know we was putting our house on the market. They recommend I wait due to buyers maybe wanting an inspection and that works best if the tanks were not pumped previously. So thy are very knowledgeable as well.
