Rooter Man Plumbing of Tahoe/Truckee

On a Thursday evening I had a kitchen sink back up due to a clog somewhere deep in drain pipe. After trying the easy fixes without success, I called “Rooter Man”. The person who answered the call was helpful and offered to send out emergency service, but also informed me that it would be much less expensive if I could wait until Friday morning to have a plumber out to clear the clog. I opted to have service on Friday morning. At 9 am I received a call from the plumber and he arrives at 10am. Daniel arrived on time and was very polite, professional and helpful. He snaked the line and checked other possible causes of the clog. The clog was cleared quickly and I was satisfied with the service. The great thing about having Daniel as our plumber was that he offered me many suggestions of how to clear possible future clogs, so we wouldn’t have to call a plumber unless I couldn’t do it myself!! This was above and beyond what I would expect and besides having a clogged sink, the whole experience was very positive! I highly recommend “Rooter Man” for any of your plumbing issues and if you live in the South Lake Tahoe area, hopefully Daniel is working that day. You will not be disappointed!

Had a problem with our shower draining. Jesse responded quickly to my call and used a snake to remove the hair that was clogging the drain. Cost was higher than I expected but the service was quick and professional.

Just closed on a home on the north shore in early December. Stayed a few days then left and returned about 5 days later to no water - and it was during a big storm. I was connected to Rooterman through another plumber. Ralph walked me through a lot of things to diagnose the problem and eventually Daniel arrived to work on site with me. Daniel was patient, methodical and a great detective to uncover the issue. Because of weather and schedules, I was without water for a week, but Daniel found the issue (frozen pipe) and helped me resolve it. When I say how appreciative I am, it's an understatement. I highly recommend Daniel and is work - he was fantastic. Thank you for helping me in a very stressful situation.
