We have been customers of Rocky Mountain now for a few years and the team just keeps getting better. We do the maintenance plan (it’s worth it!) and the team doesn’t just cruise through but Luke looked top to bottom at our unit and discovered critical items that needed to be taken care of and communicated it all super clearly. Rocky Mountain also now does dryer vent cleaning and Rowdy and Justin came by and did an efficient and thorough job and had all the right equipment to do it right. Last, Christina who is the point of contact for everything is great at communicating clearly and getting annual maintenance scheduled timely. Last year she made herself available on the weekend at odd hours when our old furnace died. Really above and beyond service during what could have been a catastrophic situation with temps dropping to -30. She got space heaters for us and a team lined up to come in while equipment was enroute. Overall it’s a great team that seems to be making all the right changes and hiring the right people. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent and prompt service! My furnace went out on me and they were out the next day to help me. Very easy to deal with and very friendly. Would recommend and will do businesses with in the future so give them a call they will definitely help you out!!
