Riverwood is an amazing family focused business. We moved from Texas and worked with the team on a lovely home near the University. The quality is amazing! They do not go cheap or try and nickel and dime you. Many upgrades are included which was refreshing vs our other building experience we had with a large national chain. Night and day experience! Riverwood also is very fair on pricing, have very solid subcontractors. What I really appreciated was only needing a follow up after the build for minor fixes. Neither showed up until after the warranty period but the were resolved for free. One was a cracked tile which took a lot of work but was done flawlessly and wasn't charged. Wish they had a custom home building arm to compliment their current model. Would not hesitate to use them again. Also should note the local real estate professionals know the Riverwood brand means highest quality so resale is easier. We also opted for a storm shelter in garage and HIGHLY recommend that given weather here. We LOVE it!

This is my second Riverwood Homes home and I wouldn’t build or buy from any other builder in NWA. Riverwood is locally owned and operated and has been for many years. They will be around long after out-of-town builders have moved on and Riverwood cares about their reputation for quality and customer service in the communities they serve. I have had only one or two minor issues since moving in and they have been taken care of quickly through their warranty department. They have a formal process and their warranty coverage is clearly spelled out in closing documents. It is all very professionally done and impressive from this buyer’s perspective. (Shout out to Tina, Nick, Mark and Rodney!) I love my new home and am 100% content with decisions I’ve made along the way. It was such a pleasure working with my agent, Jacki. I bought my Riverwood home several years ago and I’m still very satisfied with the quality and design. The house is well built and looks great, and their team has always been responsive and easy to communicate with. Price is very reasonable and locations are prime. It was a smooth experience working with them, and I’m glad I chose Riverwood Homes.
