Chris from Rise showed up on time in the icy weather to come help us today. He was awesome. We discussed our situation and he gave us sound and knowledgeable advice. Customer service is often discussed as a detractor more often than we give praise for greatness. Chris from Rise went above and beyond, had wonderful rapport building skills and made us all instantly comfortable with him being in our home. Highly recommend.

Chris did a great job!!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely have Chris do additional electrical work for me in the future.

Their pricing is outrageously inflated, their work is substandard, and their customer service is dishonest. Here’s why: 1. **Highway Robbery Pricing** - They charged me $1,800 to install a $160 attic fan from Lowe’s. - The actual electrical work? Just installing a single outlet 4 feet from the sub-panel in an open, easily accessible attic—a job that should cost a few hundred dollars max. - They offered a $400 "discount" only if I used their roofer, who then claimed the fan "wasn’t right" and tried to upsell me. Now, they only offered to refund me another $400 (which I did not receive), leaving me $1,400 out of pocket for a simple outlet install! 2. **Failed Inspection & Incorrect Subpanel Wiring** - Their subpanel installation in my main panel was done incorrectly and won’t pass inspection. A problem I pointed out, yet they still haven’t fixed it! - This is not just incompetence, it’s a safety hazard. 3. **False Claims About Wiring Interference** - They lied to me, claiming the high-voltage wire they installed wouldn’t interfere with the existing low-voltage wiring in the same conduit. This is completely false and could cause serious issues. After all of the above, all attempts to contact them have gone unanswered and the message received from calling the main number suddenly says “Rise Electric is no longer servicing customers. Sorry for the inconvenience.” **Avoid This Company at All Costs!** Rise Electrical Service Company overcharges, cuts corners, and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their work is unsafe, their pricing is predatory, and their promises are worthless. **🚨 DO NOT HIRE THEM—YOU WILL REGRET IT! 🚨**
