We contacted Mitch on Sunday afternoon regarding a leak of our water heater and he replied back early Monday morning and was able to stop by to assess our situation. He was thorough in his inspection and was able to find the location of our leak. He provided an explanation of what happened and spent hours trying to troubleshoot a solution to our issue. After a few days, he was able to secure the part needed and fixed our issue. I really appreciate his thoroughness and how transparent he was throughout the process. Highly recommend!!!

Mitch is honest, professional, straightforward, very nice, punctual, and will not try to upsell you. I found him when I checked the website for Noritz products. I received quotes from 3 other vendors (also well-rated) but ended up choosing The Right Guys Plumbing because he is a local, small business person. He was a top rated service provider on the Noritz website, too. It was an added bonus that he is a licensed, insured and bonded Plumber, and an electrician. While he was here servicing our Tankless Gas Water Heater, I had him check a couple other things that needed plumbing estimates and also a potential electrical project. We don’t wear shoes in our house and I was so happy when he automatically pulled out clean booties to put over his shoes. He left everything inside and outside of our house spotless. We are planning our next plumbing project and will work with him again. I highly recommend him. Five stars

First time customer. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. Mitch is very friendly and keeps up communication well. He replied quickly to provide a quote for a new shower valve, ordered the part, and came quickly to fix it. He was super quick, thorough, and no-nonsense. His prices are decent and lower than a lot of the other places I contacted. Will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing issues.
