I had a leak in my shower Diverter. Tyler & Joe advised they would have to order the assembly parts as they weren’t readily available. After a few days they returned after I was informed parts are in. They promptly repaired and replace everything for a fair price. Everyone from the office staff to Tyler & Joe, was professional, empathetic, patient and kept me informed every step of the way. Professional, friendly, and fast from start to finish. They even explained everything that was going on in terms I could easily understand. I highly recommend their service.
