We are not happy with the customer service, very busy company to take the time to follow and take care the customers. The tech who's suppose to do the estimate not even knock the door, I have the RING system connect to my cellphone, he called me, but I'm at work busy with my students, I even make my wife take out of his work and she was inside my house waiting, I contacted him back on my break 15 minutes later, and the only answer he gives me was, " you need to re-schedule, I already have another estimate to do.", and hang out. I do not know the kind of quality work this company offer, but if this is the way they take care customer, I do not want to know.

RGF Fencing INC this company is very Un professional not only did they make me leave a deposit and tell me I would get it back in full after the work was done for security purposes to make sure they weren’t working for free until after the job was done whitch made no sense because the deposit cost more then the job it self they never came the day and time we agreed upon When Tyreek showed up he smelled like a bottle of alcohol he promsied me it would take 3 days minimum he would constantly show up to my property un announced the fence did not hold mind u I paid in advance expecting to get the same work he posts on his Facebook BUSINESS page Boss had a very short temper yelled at employees often. Cussed at employees. I am so surprised to see this company has a quite good review. My experience with the company was awful. When I called and told him I didn’t have a pleasant experience he told me People are busy,” he said. “They have other things to do I never felt so used and robbed for my good hard working money I don’t recommend anyone to hire this Tyreek gentlemen if that’s even his real name

Very professional. They fenced my whole yard in 2 days. The work is the best I have seen. The workers are very professional and they did an awesome job. I am extremely pleased with the work and will recommend them to everyone. If you want something done right these are your guys.
