Rescue Rooter

Jim S was the definition of a professional. He respected every crevice of my house, covered up his shoes and the machine wheels before he came in, and new exactly what was going on with my sink when he observed it. He made sure he had every piece correct before starting even by going back to the office to get the correct pieces to fit. I would recommend him to anyone and I surely will to any one that needs help with their plumbing in their home.

Adam V. is very professional, knowledge and determined. We have an old house (1920) in Mill Valley. Our problem was a clogged lateral from the lower bathroom to the main line. Adam was very through in his approach to understanding and solving our problem. Because of the "old" plumbing Adam had a difficulty in reaching the lateral from the out- side clean out. After further investigation, he was successful by using a small machine to go through the washing machine's drain line. Personalty, he is well spoken, well groomed and very cordial. He is definitely a very fine technician. As a retired handyman (20 yrs) have have dealt with many "rescue rooter " companies and their technicians. I was very impressed by the customer service and follow up to my phone call, the quick response and overall positive outcome. Adam did a great job. He is a stellar representative for your company. This was the WORST experience I have ever had!!! It started with my 8-10am window appointment cancelled and on one bothering to let me know why it was cancelled. When I called back, they had no idea either. They said they would fit me in at 12:30, although the tech didn't actually show up until past 1. He tinkered with the pipes and basically said he couldn't fix the problem but proceeded to upsell his services. I declined and said to please just fix the problem at hand. He mumbled something about going to his truck to speak to his dispatcher and drove off. I contacted the main office and no one could tell me why he did that or if he was even coming back. I would have just left it alone, but he had disconnected a number of the pipes leading to the wall. Finally two hours later, someone was able to tell me he had suddenly left for parts. Six hours later, I am still waiting for the tech to return and finish the job. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER USE RESCUE ROOTER AGAIN!!!
