Our plumber got me in touch with Repipe1 because we just had our second slab leak in the past 2 years. Cruz from Repipe1 gave me a quote right over the phone. Our water was turned off to the house so Cruz scheduled the re-pipe as soon as possible, even arranging it for a Saturday. Repipe1 was very accomodating. The guys showed up on time and worked really quickly. I think the house was completed and the water was turned back on about 5 hours after they started working. The crew placed plastic barriers up thru out the house to keep the dust away from our furniture and belongings. They also used tarps on our wood flooring to keep it clean and scuff-free. The crew were polite and professional. Repipe1 schedules the inspection with the city and the work passed with no issues. Repipe1 then scheduled the drywallers to come in and patch all the holes in the walls and ceilings. They did a great job, and you can't even tell there were holes there. All in all, Repipe1 did a fantastic job. Our water pressure in the house is great and we also noticed that sinks and showers that we used to wait forever to get warm, get warm much quicker now. Knew his stuff, fair prices compared to other quotes, and actually made the process easy to follow. Super easy to communicate with, no hassle at all.
