We hired this company to repair a commercial dishwasher at our business, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They spent over six hours on site and ultimately only replaced a single hose. During the process, they caused multiple electrical issues, which escalated to the point where the dishwasher could not even be powered on to test whether the repair worked. Their own service documentation notes that the unit was not tested and that they would need to return once the electrical issue was resolved. Because of the problems they caused, we had to hire a licensed electrician to correct the electrical damage, which cost us $800 out of pocket. Once the electrical issues were fixed and we attempted to use the dishwasher, it was still not working. When we contacted the company to return and complete the job, they told us they no longer service our area—this was only one week after their original visit. We requested a refund based on the fact that: • The dishwasher was never properly tested • The repair was not successful • Additional damage was caused • They refused to return to finish the job They have refused to refund our money or take any responsibility for the situation. This resulted in lost time, additional expenses, and a non-functioning dishwasher. We would strongly caution other business owners before using this company.

They absolutely do give good service, our responsive And your phone calls or answered by a real person. But boy you're gonna pay for their service they mark up parts As much as 500% above list price. If you get more than one bed on a repair, they are gonna cost at least double anyone else
