I had a fantastic experience with this team after they installed a new outdoor spigot in my backyard. When I noticed a connection issue a few months later, their office staff was incredibly helpful and managed to fit me in for a follow-up appointment the very next day. My tech consultant, Carlos, did an amazing job. He was prompt, professional, and took the time to be thorough while still working impressively fast. I really appreciated his clear communication throughout the process and highly recommend their reliable service. This is probably the fourth or fifth project I’ve had completed with reliance and they continued to do a great job.

Steven and Jason F did a great job clearing a clog in my kitchen drain. They cleaned up after themselves and also scoped the line with a camera to show that it was clear. Transparent, efficient and polite. 5 star service

He quickly diagnosed the issue and took the time to explain how I can troubleshoot it myself if it ever happens again. He was kind, thorough, professional, and right on time (and even reassured me that since our unit is under Reliant’s warranty, there was no charge for the visit). He also made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Truly excellent service from start to finish!
