Steve from Reliable Plumbing and Heating serviced our heater today. From our first phone call to make the appointment to the finished job, our experience was exceptional. Steve was friendly and completely professional, explaining everything as he went along. He was thorough and efficient. Within a very short time our heating issue was solved! I also want to thank Shelly who took our initial phone call. She was clear, helpful and explained billing to us. Work was performed through a contract through an insurance company. Everything was done efficiently and effectively. The two young workers, Carlos and his assistant Javen were impressive in their cooperation and teamwork which included hand digging a five foot ditch, cutting open a root-clogged broken clean-out pipe, removing the extended root from the drain pipe, installing and replacing the clean-out. All work, including refilling the ditch and cleanup was accomplished well within a workday. It was a pleasure to have them on our property and kudos to Reliable Plumbing for having these two high quality employees in their workforce.

Carlos carefully examined the plumbing problems we were having, then discussed the recommended solutions, answering all our concerns and questions with sincere respect. Then he presented the costs to fix each problem, and finally gave us an estimated time to complete the repairs. All this took place before he started, so there was no surprise or disappointment. Carlos finished the work successfully in a courteous and professional manner. We are happy with his work and strongly believe there should be more people in the world like Carlos.
