Reliable HVAC & Plumbing

I contacted Reliable HVAC after discovering water leaking from my furnace/AC. Assuming a faulty condensate pump, I requested a repair. Ian responded and replaced the pump. However, he left without testing or confirming that the leak had stopped. Unfortunately, the water continued even after he left. I was billed $235, but the issue wasn’t resolved. I was overcharged for incomplete work and left without an actual solution. When the issue continued, I investigated further and discovered a block of ice had formed around the evaporator coils. All of this was visible and diagnosable with basic HVAC troubleshooting, which the technician did not perform. If you’re seeking truly reliable service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I felt compelled to leave this review as I never had such a great experience when it came to resolving plumbling issues. Our water heater went on Tuesday and we happened to noticed right away around 2:38 p.m., my husband called Reliable and they came out right away. They were here around 3:10p.m. same day. Hunter was extremely professional, easy to communicate with him, personable, very knowledgeable. They never asked for a service call fee, he immediately told us the price, recommended a better product. We immediately said to go ahead and within 45 minutes he was back with a new water heater. He promptly installed it, hawl the old one out to take with him and cleaned after himself. He was prompt and efficient. He replaced the copper pipe that had multiple welding from how many times the water heater had been replaced. He also replaced few valves. It looks clean and professional. After installation he explained everything about the water heater and how to trouble shoot different scenarios. He was done by 6 p.m. I have to say, I was very impressed with how prompt and efficient they were (specially Hunter) to resolve our problem. Highly recommend!!!!!

I cannot thank Ian enough. Came out within 30 minutes of an early Sunday morning call. Figured out the issue and is scheduling the solution for the same week. Finally a company that answers the phone and helps when in need. They will be our new and only HVAC and plumber.
