In over 30 years living in Texas, this was our best experience with a contractor. The ROS team did a great job on our patio project. It transformed our indoor/outdoor living space. You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Their work is excellent. They are skilled, diligent, and go out of their way to make sure the project is exactly what you imagined it to be. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ROS really knocked it out of the park. I wanted a guardrail added to my patio renovation project, and they delivered excellent work with even better customer service. They are booked out a few weeks but are definitely worth the wait. Wyatt sent over a diagram early in the process, and then I received a phone call the day before they planned to start. They let me know they would be doing a walk through of the backyard to get a better scope of the project because everything prior to the start was communicated via email. The crew showed up the following day and got straight to work. I was away from home but they answered my phone calls and made sure to give me regular progress updates. The crew was friendly and responsive to special requests. I would not hesitate to recommend ROS to anyone looking for outdoor renovations. Exemplary work and customer service.

Reformed Outdoor Structures (ROS) saved our deck. Another contractor started a new deck build for us a year ago and quit before finishing. We found out after that the original contractor under-built the framing and the construction was so poor that a licensed structural engineer suggested we not walk on it. ROS came out and rebuilt the weak portions of the deck and then completed the job with cable railing, skirting, and lighting. Everything looks professionally executed. And, the family crew (brothers and cousins) were professional and considerate. Very easy people to work with.
