Razorback Electric

You’re sitting there looking through Google and you come across Razorback Electric. You say, “Wow, this company looks great, but it’s too good to be true. Let’s, check some reviews.” Then you hit this 5 star review and your jaw hits the floor. “OMG! I need to rip out all of my electrical work and have Razorback reinstall it!” That’s how great the Razorback Electric is. You can than me later.

Razorback is a well oiled machine! Service is fantastic, the guys are always so nice and professional, they show up on time, and they get the job done well. They’ve added exterior outlets and landscape lights around my home that made all the difference in the world, without breaking the bank. I will continue to use and recommend Razorback!

The good: fast service, great knowledgeable electricians. Will respond quickly to emergency services. Used multiple times. The bad: Look out they will charge/bill you for their employees to sit around and wait for parts (over $100 in waiting time), as their trucks aren't apparently stocked for the average electrical job. They charged me for having a team leave another job to come bring me a breaker. I wonder if they charged the person who the other team left time as well. After emailing them they wont remove the time sitting around, now wont warranty the work due to underpayment. I have ran a plumbing company and we never operated this way nickling and diming a customer, its not feasible in this economy. All in all I still reccomend this company but dont be surprised of their poor billing choices. In response to reply from owner. Per my cameras, Your men arrived at 245, stopped work at 316, sat in truck until parts came at 340 and finished and restored power at 3:52 That is 1 hour worth of work. I was billed 1.5 hours. So yes I was billed for the time it took the other gentlemen to get the breaker and the team at my location to sit and wait.
