I'm an old guy who has lived in my home for over thirty years. About a week ago I started noticing some changes in the air flow from my furnace and how it was was sounding. When I checked, I found the utility room much hotter than ever before and knew something was very wrong. My son told me that he had great experiences with Ray N Welter, so I called then for help. They responded very quickly. Service Tech Travis came and diagnosed my system. He was great !! He explained what he found in terms I could understand, discussed my options and fixed my problem. This is an ethical company and I highly recommend them, especially to older folks who are so often easy marks for less scrupulous companies. Thank you Travis.

Excellent experience all around. My furnace had a tricky issue where it kept shutting off too soon, and when the first solution didn't work Travis was able to return the next day to keep investigating. He kept digging until he found the source of the problem (a weird quirk with my humidifier and a sensor it was triggering!) and explained everything very clearly. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and excellent results. Happy to have found my go-to HVAC company!

Outstanding communication and service, from office staff to on-site tech. Immediate help and assurance. Didn’t even charge us for our visit when it was determined they didn’t service our model of furnace. I will definitely contact Welter when we need a new furnace!
