Good thing the serivce I need isn't an emergency. Called yesterday to schedule someone to come look at an electrical issue I'm having. Was told the guy I needed to talk to was out on a call. 24 hours later and I'm still waiting for a call back to schedule someone. I'll be looking elsewhere.
