Randall came out to address low water pressure in my rental unit’s shower and bathtub. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it. Shortly after, a clogged pipe caused water to back up into my neighbor’s sink. Randall determined the issue stemmed from our shared drainage pipe, which had accumulated years of grease buildup. He provided a competitive quote for replacing the pipe that was significantly more reasonable than another company’s estimate. Randall excelled at both diagnosing and resolving the issues. My garbage disposal stopped draining. It still ran but nothing went through. Randall had done a job for me several years ago, and I remembered him as competent, honest and reasonably priced. So I called him. He called right back and by the next afternoon my disposal was working again. From the symptoms, he knew exactly where the problem was and he completed the repair in just a few minutes. His hourly rate is still very reasonable - and he takes Zelle. So I highly recommend Randall. Plus, he is a very nice guy.

Can't say enough good things about Randall and his work. I recommend him to everyone in the neighborhood and beyond. He was the first tradesman I called when we bought our house and he's been working on it for us ever since (10 years now). Importantly, he's never had to work on the same part twice! He has repaired leaking pipes, jammed waste lines, improperly installed fixtures. He's moved poorly placed gas and water lines for me. He installed all new plumbing for our new vanity. He even did a full install of a new tankless water heater outside, removed the old one out of a closet, and added insulation to our pipes.
