We had a new roof and gutters installed. The roof required several replacements as well as new shingles. The work was completed very quickly and efficiently. The crew was great. They were very efficient and knew exactly what to do. Clean up was great. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I contacted Rainstoppers Roofing in Charleston WV to get an estimate for replacement of our roof. I spoke with Jon Reitz who made an appointment for the estimate. He sent me a Google calendar invite which was nice, it allowed me to add the appointment to my calendar which was a great reminder. Mr. Reitz arrived promptly on the day of the estimate, he was very professional, and explained the estimate in detail. He kept me well informed of schedule progress by text and email. Service was prompt and efficient on date of installation. The roofing crew were polite and worked very hard, even eating lunch while working to complete our project in one day! They did a really good cleanup and the roof looks great. Mr. Reitz returned a few days after the project was completed and did a followup inspection of the roofing ensuring it was to standard and inspected the grounds for proper clean up which showed me that he cares about the job being done right. Our experience with Jon Reitz and Rainstoppers was great from start to finish!
