So yesterday 1/27/2026, having purchased the items needed for my bathroom (from Home Depot- shoutout to them. Wonderful service & so much help) I set about hoping to get it done by myself. It turned out to be more difficult than I anticipated. Just little jobs, I told myself… not so. I changed the shower head, no problem. Need to change the shower handle ( to turn the water on and off) not happening. Ok, moving on. Removed the toilet seat. Easy right? Wrong. I got the screws in, placed the seat but for the life of me, I just couldn’t tighten the darn things. Ok, moving on to the bathroom sink. I cleared all my junk off the counter top. Also cleared the cabinets below the sink/countertop. Then I took a look at the mess that was the s-bend, and knew that it was time to throw in the towel and ask for help. I did my google search and there were several that looked really good. 5 stars and BBB etc. Then I scrolled down and there were more. However, I tapped on Rinaldi and opened their page. Wow, they had really great ratings too. I chose them and they were able too have someone over in about 45 minutes. I was overjoyed. The plumber they sent was polite, well mannered and covered his shoes 👏 He was also intelligent and explained what he was doing. I have to say that I really wasn’t sure about him, he didn’t look like a plumber and I wondered 🤔but I asked him in, he covered his shoes and he did an awesome job. I am so happy with my clean bathroom and really enjoyed using the shower last night. I would definitely call Rinaldi again.

We had an emergent situation where all the toilet, sinks, and showers were clogged and we could not use them. We called and spoke to Lester and he was able to get Lee out to our house within two hours. There is a major clog in the center underneath our house where all the pipes come together, and he was able to snake it and was out of here in 30 minutes. Something a plunger could not fix.You’re never so thankful for water flow until you don’t have it. Thank you, Lester and Lee! Thanks for such a quick response. The following week at our request Lee came out and replaced 3 of our toilets to more powerful flush toilets. He did a great job and cleaned up everything from the install. He was very friendly and was a joy to talk to. Thank you again Lee and the Rainaldi family. Leonard came out and serviced our a/c. He was very nice and explained what to do between their visits for upkeep of the unit. He suggested a power surge protection which we had not thought about. $600 or $15,000 to replace a fried unit. That's a no brainer! Thank you again Rainaldi! All of the techs have been great and have fast response time. Mike Pidilla came out and installed a tankless water heater. He was very thorough and explained everything and how it worked. He was very nice and professional. The tankless system is great except I wish it was the next side up but I guess our amps for the house would not support it. It is much better than the water tank by far! Mike Padilla came back out and installed a water softer whole house purification system (Safety Zone) for our home. He did a great job. My husband spoke to the owner of Safety Zone and we are very impressed with his company as the manufacture of the equipment. Thanks again Rainaldi for great service in installation and plumbing. Rainaldi has very professional employees. Looking forward to many years of great service.

My water heater started leaking Sunday around noon. Monday by 4pm I had a newly installed water heater up and running. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company going forward.
