I just wrapped up a relatively large electrical project with R&L and I can't say enough good things about Justin. He is a true professional that takes pride in everything that he does and the job was very smooth as well as a good value for the scope of work. In a world full of contractors who overpromise and underdeliver, it was refreshing to deal with a reliable outfit and with someone who knows exactly what they're doing. The work was very clean, high quality and everything passed the inspection with flying colors. The GM, Kelly was very responsive and easy to work with. I can say confidently that I highly recommend R&L for any electrical work, no matter how complex, and if this was any indication, any other service they provide I am sure the work is also top notch.

R & L Home Services did a fantastic job on some home repairs at my place in Stamford. They were professional, punctual, and the work was high quality. The team was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. Great service at a fair price — I’ll definitely use them again!

I took over the monthly servicing contract from the previous homeowner. Seems R&L business model is: low monthly fees, but every repair they supervise will take multiple onsite visits (each one being charged for). They estimated 6-8 weeks (after 3 visits) to get my a/c fixed in the middle of August. Including one follow up visit to physically “get the quote” from the provider. Like an email or phone call wasn’t enough ! I reached out to a provider myself and got it all done in 5 days. When I left voicemail and emailed R&L to tell them I was unhappy and wanted to cancel service, they cancelled but didn’t even bother to give me a call. I guess they figured out the gig was up.
