Whenever I have needed service, regardless of the time of day or night, one of the technicians has immediately called me back and given me an arrival time, always within ninety-minutes and usually within 60. I have never been kept waiting. Their technicians are true professionals staying with the job until we are up and running. Alex took me through the whole system, tank to burner. I have a really good understanding of this equipment now. I also learned that there is a tankless water heater & I told Alex how the shower water had fluctuating temperatures. We talked about options & I decided I could adjust. So the maintenance work continued. This morning I had a shower without temperature fluctuation. I credit Alex & the the great job done on the furnace for my nice shower today.
